Our purpose of delivering excellence is what motivates us to offer high-quality conferences year after year and has resulted in a national reputation. \nThe FPA NorCal Conference is put on every year in a collaborative effort by volunteers from the four local Bay Area FPA Chapters\, East Bay\, Northern CA (Sacramento)\, Silicon Valley\, and San Francisco.  Our motto within the FPA NorCal planning committee is a conference For Us\, By Us. \nEmbrace Change is the theme for the 52nd annual FPA NorCal Conference and it transcends being merely a conference theme; it forms the very essence and heart of the entire FPA NorCal Conference. \nChange.  Change is the one thing in life that is  constant and unavoidable.  Change is growing faster and more dynamically with each turn of the calendar.  There has been\, and there continues to be\, change across so many aspects of a financial advisor’s daily life from the regulatory environment\, the technology we use\, our clients’ priorities shifting dramatically during a global pandemic\, and the increased emphasis on investors’ psychology.  Change in our industry over the past few years has been exponential. \n\n\n2024 FPA NorCal Conference Theme – Embrace Change\n\n\n\n\nNorCal features a 5‑track series of breakouts spanning 2 days\, with a very rigorous conference committee process that vets all the sessions and doesn’t permit any ‘pay‑to‑play’ speaking slots\, which typically includes a mixture of both more technical (CE‑oriented) sessions and practice management sessions. \nIn addition\, the NorCal agenda features 4 national‑caliber keynote speakers. Registration to the conference includes a recording of all the conference sessions (not just the keynotes\, but every breakout\, for those who want to go back and listen!).”
