DESCRIPTION:Meeting Description\nJoin us for a special treat this month as we host our holiday social\, enjoy a motivational presentation\, and vote on our 2018 Board of Directors.  Our meeting and social will be from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.\n \nTopic:  What is Your 140.6 Challenge?\n \nIn today’s fast-paced and demanding technology workplace\, employers need their employees to embrace constant change and risk as opportunities and possibilities for the company and themselves. Employees\, on the other hand\, often feel stressed and overwhelmed\, and not able to rise to all that is being demanded of them in their work and personal lives. Bobbie will share what she has learned in her journey to becoming an Ironman (a race which has 140.6 human-powered miles)\, and the three keys that will instruct and inspire others to meet the challenges they face. \nThere is no CE offered for this session. \nThank you to our December Featured Partner\, James Park of Ameriprise Financial Services\, Inc. \nSpeaker Biography\nBobbie LaPorte has an MBA from Harvard\, and a Masters in Positive Leadership and Strategy from IE Business School in Madrid.
