The change in Tax rules in 2010 presents unique opportunities for Roth conversions. For the first time in 2010, there are no income limitations so that many people who were previously ineligible to take advantage of the Roth IRAs can now convert their IRAs to Roth IRAs. This session will address the following:
• how to identify good candidates for Roth conversions
• strategies for inexpensive Roth conversions
• mechanics of conversions
• things to watch for when evaluating and/or doing Roth conversions
• answers to commonly asked questions
