The Programs Committee is responsible for selecting topics and choosing speakers on these topics. Our vision is to attract FPA members and guests to attend monthly meetings by presenting inspiring topics from high quality keynote speakers. Delivering high quality programs with excellent content can add value to a planner’s knowledge base.  Most events provide 1.5 hours of continuing education units to help members maintain their certification requirements. The monthly meeting also provides an excellent opportunity to network with members, partners and affiliated professionals.

Meetings

The program committee meets via phone conference, usually once per month.   Once a year, the programs committee has a live “brain storming session” in which all FPA members may attend to give suggestions for topics and speakers.
