Title: Divorce and Real Estate: Knowing Your Client Options
Speaker: Kathryn Hisert, Referral Realty and David Butler, American Pacific Mortgage
There are many real property disposition options to consider before and during a divorce. What option, and the timing of when it is chosen, is critical. Kathryn Hisert with Referral Realty, and David Butler of American Pacific Mortgage, will be outlining these options, the tools used to accomplish them, as well as the risks and advantages of each.
When the Financial Planner understands the clients’ options, and the required timing for each, they will be in the best position to ensure their client’s financial security, as well as continue the portfolio driven relationship. Please join us for this informative session where the risks and advantages of multiple scenarios will be discussed.
Kathryn Hisert has been a Realtor © for 10 years. She holds certifications as both a Distressed Property Expert and as a Real Estate Divorce Specialist, one of only 10 such certified in California.
