CFP Exam Preparation – Keir Live Review Course
Keir Educational Resources is offering a scholarship to FPA members to prepare for the CFP® Certification Examination One applicant, per FPA chapter, will be selected per exam cycle. The retail value of a Keir class plus all study materials is $925
Keir Educational Resources http://www.keirsuccess.com conducts a four day intensive review class in the San Francisco Bay area for the CFP® Certification Exam. There are three exam cycles: March, July and November. Keir’s Live Review Class schedule can be viewed here: http://www.keirfinancial.com/us/review_program/live_review .
The Scholarship may be used at any location.

FPA Residency (Lake Arrowhead, CA) – Silicon Valley FPA $1,000 Scholarship
FPA Residency is an intensive, client-centered training experience for people who have completed the academic coursework and have been practicing for less than three years.
The Silicon Valley chapter provides a $1,000 partial scholarship, made on a reimbursement basis, to the successful applicant. You must be a Silicon Valley FPA member to apply. Applicants must meet the requirements for FPA Residency and secure a reservation in the program before applying for the scholarship.

- History of education and work experience, including your financial planning career and professional goals
- Volunteer activities, including FPA Chapter and external volunteer work
- How you expect to benefit from Residency
- How you plan to share your learnings with other members
- Other pertinent information
